QIYAO ENVIRON TEC

Marine desulfurization system EGCS

As an important means of fulfilling Annex M of MARPOL73178, Qican Environmental Protection provides shipowners with a full range of (open, closed, hybrid) EGC rupture products suitable for different ship types and routes, with system performance and quality meeting relevant regulatory requirements. Currently, nearly 300 sets of ship products have been delivered. Suitable for various ship types, our product delivery experience covers bulk carriers, oil tankers VLCC、VLOC、 Various types of container ships, engineering ships, and other types of vessels, including large, medium, and small ones. Qiyao Environmental Protection has accumulated rich engineering experience in the field of ship exhaust gas post-treatment. We can not only provide excellent equipment, but also offer technical support services such as equipment installation and desulfurization transformation, making it easy for you to comply with ship sulfur oxide limit regulations.

Marine denitration system SCR

Faced with increasingly stringent MOTie (emissions and regional regulations for ships), Qihoo Environmental Protection can provide ship owners with reliable, compact, and easy to maintain marine denitrification equipment. With all mainstream denitrification products in the marine market, Qihoo Environmental Protection has become one of the few international manufacturers to achieve full coverage of high, medium, and low-speed diesel engines. As of June 2024, it has received over 1400 orders. Qiyao Environmental Protection's marine denitrification system is suitable for all types of marine engines, including low-speed, medium speed, and high-speed engines, with a power of up to 60MN. At present, it is widely used in various types of ships such as ocean going vessels, inland waterway vessels, engineering vessels, and government vessels. Its performance is reliable, cost-effective, and it adopts a humanized design to assist the shipowner Xiamen Bank IM (Tierlll emission regulations).

LNG supply system FGSS

Based on years of experience in the development of low-temperature liquid oxygen systems for special ships, Qiyao Environmental Protection has successfully developed an LNG storage and supply system (FGS) for natural gas/dual fuel powered ships, utilizing its rich experience in key low-temperature equipment technologies such as vacuum insulation, system safety, and shock resistance. The system has achieved full coverage of any pressure supply (6-16 bar) and high-pressure supply (greater than 300 bar). The key subsystems of Qiyao Environmental Protection FG5S adopt highly integrated modular design, which can greatly reduce the installation cost of shipyards and the maintenance cost of shipowners. At the same time, dual network topology communication and the control system designed by Brother Yu can effectively improve data transmission security and ensure the reliability of system operation At present, it has obtained certification from mainstream international classification societies and has placed an order for 33 sets of ocean going vessels.

Marine Carbon Capture System (OCCS)

In response to the issue of greenhouse gas emissions from ships, Qiyao Environmental Protection has successfully developed a high carbon capture rate, low energy consumption, and compact marine carbon capture system based on land power plant CO ₂, capture technology, and years of experience in the development of desulfurization systems, including efficient gas-liquid contact, compact scrubber structure design, and low-energy adaptive control. The system achieves a maximum comprehensive emission reduction rate of 80% for CO ₂ and meets relevant regulatory requirements in terms of system performance and quality.
